  • Coordination and supervision of all areas of the organisation (Commercial, Finance, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain). Transfer the action plans to the main area / department managers, along with the necessary guidelines for their implementation March and effectiveness.

  • Engineering or Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics or similar. MBA will be assessed.
  • Essential English level C1-C2.
  • Essential more than 8 years as a Plant Director or CEO FMCG.
  • Essential more than 8 years working in F MCG sector.
  • He/she will prove a solid and proven experience in similar Management and Control Positions, ideally as General Director or Director of Business Unit in manufacturing company.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary and multinational teams.
  • Experience in process reengineering and restructuring of companies, with quantitatively successful results.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Operations and Management Control.
