Main Tasks 

Reporting to the Support Manager, your main objective will be assisting customers with training and support on their use of the technology. 

  • Customer training (Face to Face or online) 
  • First level incidents management 
  • Management of contact with the client in second level incidents 
  • RMA management 
  • Development of customer resources (Help Center, FAQ's, Webinars...) 
  • Product evaluation and testing (Hardware/Software). The candidate will work closely with R&D providing feedback to other depts. 


  • A BS degree in a scientific, engineering or technical discipline. 
  • English and Spanish fluency required. 
  • Located or willing to relocate to Zaragoza (Spain). 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills. 
  • Passionate about technology 
  • A background in psychology, neuroscience or biomedical engineering preferred. 
  • Easy adaptation to changes 
  • Teamwork 
  • Willingness to travel. 

Good to have 

  • Sales, marketing, support or product management experience in the neurotech, biomedical or medical device industry. 
  • Experience with EEG, eye tracking, or other related modalities. 
  • Other language abilities.
